How do I order a Personalised Birth Flower Family print?

To order the Personalised Birth Flower Family print I need a variety of information to ensure it is exactly what you want and it reflects you and your family, or the family that you're gifting this print to - I want you to love it!

For the Family Print:

The name of the family ie 'The Jones Family' or 'Our Family' or 'Rebecca's Garden' for example.

The year the family was established 'EST 2017'.

The names of the family members in the order you would like them to appear on the print with their birth months. i.e John September, Hannah May, George April, Mabel December.

This will be completed with an emotive quote 'Where life begins, and love never ends'

On the product page there is boxes for you to fill in that explain what information is needed and where.

How do I order a Personalised Grandchildren Print

To order the Personalised Birth Flower Grandchildren print I need a variety of information to ensure it is exactly what you want and it reflects you and your family, or loved one that you're gifting this print to - I want you to love it!

For the Grandchildren Print the information I need is as follows:

How the Grandparent(s) are known to the Grandchildren 'Grandma & Grandad', 'Grandma Judy', 'Granny Pip' etc

Whether it says - 'The Grandchildren', 'All the Grandchildren', 'We love you, Grandma & Grandad' etc

Then the names and birth flowers of all the Grandchildren in the order they are to appear on the print i.e Stacey January, Mark March, William April, Ellie November etc

All prints are then completed with an emotive quote 'If we had a flower for every time our Grandchildren made us smile, we'd have a garden to walk in forever.'

How do I order a Personalised Birth Flower Baby print?

To order the Personalised Birth Flower Baby print I need a variety of information. Its such a special print and I want everything to be right for you.

The information I need is as follows:

Baby's name as you wish it to appear on the print.

Date of birth - I will use this information to also know what birth flower is needed.

Time baby was born and please say whether it was am or pm.

babys birth weight in lbs and oz.

What if multiple family members have the same birth month?

If you have a few birthdays in the same month - which a lot of us do then this isn't a problem. To ensure our personalised prints look absolutely beautiful while being personal and meaningful, every family member will be represented with the birth flower in a different pose. So if you have 2 birthdays in May for example you will have 2 Lily of the Valley flowers on your print - but both will be in a different pose/position. We are all individuals so we should all be uniquely represented.

What is the turnaround time for personalised prints?

The turnaround time is between 3-7 working days for the personalised birth flower print collection including the 'The First Day, The Yes day, The best Day' wedding print. During busy periods this may be longer.

The Personalised Wedding Print could take up to 15 working days as more painting may be required if i don't have a painting of the flowers from the wedding already.

All personalised prints are sent via Royal Mail 1st class once approval has been received.

How do I order a Personalised Wedding Flower Print?

To order a Personalised Wedding Flower Print please fill in the areas on the product listing page including all the relevant information you want including on the print.

You can have up to 5 flowers or foliage on your print and if you'd like to send through some pictures from the bouquet & flowers used during the day then please send through as extra inspiration to rebecca@kesterstudio.co.uk along with your order number.

I have ordered a personalised print, what happens now?

Thank you for your order - I love creating these for you!

Firstly i will use all the information you have provided and start creating your personalised print.

I will check against the information I have been given and send you a low res jpeg to approve to the email you provided at check out.

This is your chance to carefully check for any spelling errors or wrong information and once you have approved the jpeg I will print your artwork and send it out to you.

Please check the JPEG thoroughly for any mistakes that may have occurred in human error, as once I have received approval I will send to print and post out to you and the personalised print collection is non-refundable. Which is why there is an approval process.

How are prints packaged and what shipping do you use?

All prints are packaged with a 100% recycled grey backing board for extra stability. They are then placed in a compostable cello bag and sent in a sturdy 'do not bend' envelope or box depending on size of order. All prints are sent via royal mail 1st class. Unfortunately for personalised prints I can not offer next day delivery due to the nature of the product being custom made.

This is a gift, can I add a note?

Of course you can! It's all the extra little touches that make the best gifts, it's what we love here at Kester Studio. If you would like to write a gift note then add this to 'extra instructions' in your cart and this will be included when shipped out.

This is a gift, can it be sent direct to the recipient?

Yes of course it can. Just enter the shipping address at checkout, don't forget to include a gift message so they know!
