Shipping:

Non Personalised Items:

UK Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 working days, sent via Royal Mail first class is £2.70. For orders over £50.00 delivery is free. Dispatched on weekdays only.

Personalised Items:

UK Standard Delivery: Once approval has been received from the customer your print will be printed, packaged and posted out to you as promptly as possible. Prints will not be posted out until I have received approval. Please check your junk email folders incase your approval email has ended up in there.

Personalised Print orders will be sent as UK Standard Delivery and should be with you within 2 - 4 working days, sent via Royal Mail at £2.70 or free if order is over £50.00.

Packaging will be in a hard backed envelope or slim postage box depending on order.

Please be patient while waiting for your order, if you suspect that your order may be lost in the post then please contact us.

Kester Studio is currently only shipping within the UK, I will look to introduce International Shipping in due course.

Returns:

I really hope you love your print(s) as much as I have loved creating them for you, but if for any reason you wish to return your item(s) then please contact me using the 'contact us' form and provide me with your order number and reason for returning. You have 14 days to be eligible for a return. If your return is approved then it must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Kester Studio is not responsible for cost of return shipping. Please see returns policy for more information.

Personalised Prints which have been approved can not be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
